The goal of the two-day New Foundations Training is to enhance the knowledge, skill and sensitivity of OA-funded HIV prevention and/or care service providers so that they may better assess and support the health concerns of diverse gay men and other MSM during the provision of services. These trainings use a minimum of didactic content and a majority of activities that incorporate opportunities for both experiential and cooperative learning to occur. This training takes a broad look at a variety of topics related to the health and wellness needs of gay men and other MSM populations and the best practices for providing services to them.
