HOW TO USE SWAP
Search here for materials by publication type, audience, specific disease, and other key words.
All products can be downloaded, and most are in Word, PDF, or Power Point format.
Most materials are print-ready or can be modified to include your local contact information.
Duplication is at your own cost.
Some materials require you to register before downloading them. This allows us to track how materials are being used and to evaluate effectiveness.
HOW TO SUBMIT MATERIALS TO SWAP
Just download and complete the
SWAP submission form
and send it along with the electronic version of your product to Joyce Lisbin at
joyce.lisbin@cdph.ca.gov .
Materials may also be submitted on a CD and mailed to:

California DHS, STD Control Branch
